What are the check-in and check-out times?
Usually, check-in is in the afternoon, around 3:00 PM or 8:00 PM, while check-out is typically scheduled for the morning by 10:30. However, it is always advisable to check directly with us.
What services are included in the holiday home?
Included are a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and washing machine, smart TV, Wi-Fi, and access to a seasonal pool. Bed linen and towels are also provided. Parking is available but not assigned, and each ground-floor apartment has a terrace overlooking the lake.
Is it allowed to bring pets?
The pet policy may vary from property to property. Some holiday homes may accept pets, while others may have restrictions or not allow them at all. It is important to check with the owner or manager of the holiday home if pets are allowed and if there are any restrictions or additional costs.
Is there a security deposit to be paid?
For stays exceeding 4 days, a security deposit is required upon check-in. This deposit serves as a guarantee for any damages or extra expenses during the stay. The security deposit is usually refunded at check-out after verifying that there are no damages or additional charges to be applied.
What if I need to cancel the reservation?
It is important to carefully read the cancellation conditions at the time of booking on the platforms, or contact us directly for precise information.
